These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of baecbhills.in, as well as all room reservations, activity bookings, and hospitality services provided by BAECB HILL’S (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("BAECB HILLS", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Barabar–Nagarjuni Hills, Jehanabad, Bihar, India.

By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with using our website or booking our services.

1. Scope of Hospitality Services

BAECB HILLS provides eco-tourism accommodations, experiential stays, and outdoor activities at Barabar–Nagarjuni Hills, including:

  • Accommodations: Heritage AC Rooms (Gopika, Vadathika, Vapiyaka), Nature Cabins (Uday Kutir, Siddh Kutir), Glamping, Camping, and Bihar Tourism-accredited Bed & Breakfast (B&B).

  • Guided Experiences: Barabar & Nagarjuni Cave Tours, Nagarjuni Night Treks, Rock Rappelling, Archery, Stargazing, Bonfires, and regional dining at Annapurna Kitchen.

2. Check-In & Government Identification

  • Check-In / Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and prior confirmation.

  • Mandatory Identification: As required by local tourism authorities and police verification rules in Bihar, all adult guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

  • Refusal of Entry: Failure to produce valid identification may result in denial of check-in without a refund.

3. Heritage Protection & Site Conduct

Barabar and Nagarjuni Hills house ancient rock-cut caves dating back 2,200+ years to the Mauryan period. Guests agree to strict rules of heritage conservation:

  • Zero Damage Policy: Defacing, scratching, painting, writing graffiti, or carving on ancient granite structures, cave walls, or temple premises is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under local and national heritage protection laws.

  • Eco-Tourism & Leave No Trace: Guests must not litter. All non-biodegradable waste must be disposed of in designated bins across the property.

  • Property Damage: Any loss, destruction, or damage caused to resort property, cabins, tents, or equipment by guests will be assessed and charged directly to the guest prior to departure.

4. Adventure Activities & Safety Disclaimers

  • Voluntary Participation: Outdoor experiences—including the Nagarjuni Night Trek, rock rappelling, archery, and hill hiking—involve physical activity in natural terrains. Participation is voluntary.

  • Safety Protocols: Guests must follow all instructions given by trained guides and activity facilitators. BAECB HILLS reserves the right to halt or modify any activity if a guest fails to follow safety protocols or exhibits unsafe behavior.

  • Weather & Site Adjustments: Activities such as night trekking or rappelling are weather-dependent. Cancellations or schedule changes due to rain, unsafe trail conditions, or official site restrictions are governed by our [Cancellation & Refund Policy].

5. Payments, Pricing & Cancellations

  • Tariffs & Taxes: All accommodation rates and package prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes.

  • Payment Terms: Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm bookings via our secure payment channels (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).

  • Cancellation & Refunds: All cancellation requests, rescheduling terms, and refund processing timelines are governed explicitly by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, BAECB HILL’S (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED owns the intellectual property rights for all content, text, branding, logos, graphics, and visual media on baecbhills.in You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

  • Copy, republish, sell, rent, or redistribute material from baecbhills.in

  • Use the BAECB HILLS logo or artwork without a formal trademark licensing agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms, website usage, or stay bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jehanabad, Bihar, India.
